If the parcel has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions. 4. Return and Refund Policy Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Call us or email us to request a return. We will arrange a free pickup at your convenience. Products must be returned in original condition along with the original invoice and product certificate. Customers must provide a return parcel packing video as evidence before the handover to the pickup personnel. Items that are worn, resized (by third-party jewellers), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days post quality verification. No returns or refunds will be honoured if a parcel is accepted in a tampered or unsealed condition. We use POD sealed tamper-proof bags for all deliveries. Please refuse acceptance if the packaging appears compromised. 5. Plating and Discoloration Disclaimer Jewellery discoloration may occur due to exposure to mercury, perfumes, acids, flowers, or environmental factors. Plating is not guaranteed, and we do not cover discoloration under our return or warranty policies. 6. Fraud Prevention We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity or non-compliance with these Terms. Customers involved in such activity will be blacklisted from future transactions. 7. Site Usage License SRCJ grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use this site for personal shopping purposes. This does not include: Any resale or commercial use of the content. Downloading (except page caching) or modifying any part of the website. Use of bots, data scraping tools, or unauthorized framing.
