Return & Refund Policy If your order has already been shipped, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our support team. We will provide detailed return instructions via email and also arrange a free pickup from your location at a time convenient to you. While returning the item, please record a return parcel packing video and share it with the pickup personnel for verification. Product Inspection & Refund Process Upon receiving the returned item, our Quality Assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, along with the original product certificate and invoice. If the product passes the quality check, a refund will be issued within 10 working days to the original payment method. Important Return Guidelines Returns and exchanges are not accepted for items that show signs of wear, have been altered or resized by third parties, or have sustained any damage. Returns are not eligible if the parcel is accepted in an unsealed or tampered condition. We dispatch all orders in POD-sealed, tamper-proof packaging. Please do not accept deliveries that appear unsealed or suspicious. Refunds will not be processed for such cases. Exchanges & Resizing We offer free return shipping for product exchanges and resizing within 7 days of delivery, subject to the product being returned in its original condition.
